5. I am having problems logging into my account what should I do?

After ensuring that you have entered both the username and password correctly ,Simply select 'forgot password' and you will receive a verification email which will allow you to reset your password or username .

8. How do I know if the feedback from these test are accurate?

Each question entered into our web database has been verfied by Certified professionals tutors at the Primary , Secondary and Tertiary level instituations in Barbados.

9. Will there be a live tutor available to assists with difficult mathematical calculations ?

Our current system does not allow live tutor assistance, however the next version of Caribbean Math will allow for live tutoring for students needing assistance during test.

10. How many test can be done with each monthly plan?

Caribbean Math allows each individual to access an unlimited amount of test per month

11. How many times can I ultilize the free trial?

The free trial will only be active for 30 days. After 30 days you will be required to pay a fee of 25 US per month.

12. Who develops the questions that appear on these test?

Each question is developed by a Certified Math Professional, the tutor creates the question and the answers to go with it, then they analyse the question to give it the appropiate time for the student.

13. How many questions are on each test ?

The number of questions in a test will differ depending on the type of test being taken, our similator test are generally about 60 questions following the real CXC/CSEC Paper, whilst our practise test or analysis test maybe less than 60.

14. If I lose my Internet connection or closed my browser. How can I resume to the test?

If your connection has been lost, try to use the test link you had from before, once done within a certain time the test will automatically pick up from where you were before. However, if this doesnt work then you will have to retake the test.

15. Will I receive the same questions each time?

NO. we have developed over 1,000 Questions and as well as a number of test for each level of math.

16. Will I be provided with the correct solutions for each incorrect answer after the test has been completed?

NO, you will only be able to view your incorrect answers for your test.

17. What if I am unable to complete the test due to a lack of time management?

The test will timeout after it has reached its limit, you will then be redirected to the Dashboard Review Panel where your performance will be analysed.

18. Can I use a calculator for these multiple choice questions ? For example the CXC program...

Yes, you may use a calculator for these questions, we also provide an online scientific cacluator

19. Will there be hints on answering difficult multiple choice items?

Currently we do not give hints for Difficult maths questions, however our next version on Caribbean Maths will include this feature.

20. Will the marking scheme be similar to that of the CXC and CAPE Examinations?

Yes, the marking scheme is simaliar to that of CXC and CAPE Examinations.
